Taboos and Issues

  Today me, Yulia Seledkova and Masha Golovey have chosen such topic as "Abortion" to discuss.

 All of us agreed to the opinion that usually this topic is perceived as taboo, and you should never be the one to start discussing it. If a woman feels she can trust you and knows she won't get a negative feedback but help and the right words, she'll start talking about it herself.

We wanted to discuss it because women who decided to have an abortion are frequently blamed for such an action. We feel really sorry for them. Earlier, when highly religious families took place, abortions were condemned, and women were ashamed for that; however, times have changed and so should people.

All in all, every person is free to make decisions on his/her own. People around should just be tactful, not to hurt anyone's feelings.
